    George H. Wagner II, CIH is the founder and has been the operating CEO of Avogadro Environmental Corporation since the formation of the company in March of 1995.    As the President and CEO of Avogadro, he is responsible for the development and implementation of the strategic goals/objectives of the organization.  He also provides direction and leadership toward the achievement of Avogadro’s philosophy, mission and vision of the company.

    Mr. Wagner’s business philosophy is based on the principle of continuous and never ending improvements at all levels within the Avogadro organization, which has contributed to the continued growth of the company.     Mr. Wagner has 30 years of experience in providing environmental, health and safety services to the industrial community.   His long established philosophy on continuous education contributes to the extensive expertise on many disciplines within the field of environmental, health and safety.    He is a recognized expert on the air quality consulting, monitoring and testing for multiple industries, including power, chemical, pharmaceutical and cement.

    Mr. Wagner is an active member of several trade associations including the Air and Waste Management Association, American Board of Industrial Hygienist (ABIH), American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA), Electric Power Generating Association (EPGA), Registered Environmental Professional, Certified Cogeneration Professional and in is diplomat with the American Board of Industrial Hygiene.

    Brittany Febert is an Air Quality Scientist for Avogadro Environmental Corporation.  In this role, Ms. Febert prepares protocols and compliance test reports for stack sampling programs and CEM certification projects.  She also writes and compiles RATA and CGA reports for Avogadro’s CEMS division.  Ms. Febert’s role also includes working in the lab performing the duties necessary for proper sample analysis.

    Ms. Febert’s formal training includes a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Psychology from Lehigh University.   She has completed her Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) training course and is currently certified to evaluate USEPA Method 9 Visible Emissions.

    Chris Becker is an Air Emission Test Team Leader for Avogadro Environmental Corporation. In this role, Mr. Becker serves as project manager in performing 40 CFR 60 and 40 CFR 75 test methods as part of client diagnostic and compliance emission test programs. Mr. Becker also reduces project data and occasionally prepares reports and testing protocols. He performs maintenance and repair on the testing equipment as well.

    His formal training includes a degree in Environmental Science from Susquehanna University. He has completed the OSHA 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER).

    Christopher Biehl is an Air quality Scientist for Avogadro Environmental Company.  Mr. Biehl is trained in and utilizes USEPA test methods outlined in 40 CFR 60. His experience as a scientist encompasses sampling for O2, CO2, moisture, (PM) particulate matter, (CPM) condensed particulate matter, multi-metals, ammonia, dioxins/furans, method 25, VOC’s.

    Christophers responsibilities include staging equipment for test programs; assuring accurate test results and guaranteeing those results are handled properly; ensuring unbiased, quality data.  He has also assisted in CEMS RATA’s.   His formal education includes a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Geography from Kutztown University. He is certified by the Environmental Trainers Safety Board, certified in CPR and first aid and currently certified in the 40 (HAZWOPER), DOT Hazardous Materials Transportation and HAZCOM . Mr. Biehl also ensures that great care be given to maintaining all proper safety equipment, regulations and guidelines that pertain to each job specifically.

    David Alexander is an Air Emission Test Team Leader for Avogadro Environmental Company. David is trained in and utilizes USEPA test methods outlined in 40 CFR 60. His experience includes sampling for O2, CO2, moisture, (PM) particulate matter, multi-metals, dioxins/furans, method 25, VOC’s, CO, and NOx. David’s responsibilities include scheduling, leading and packing for test programs and assuring accurate, unbiased, and high quality test results. He has also reviews laboratory reports, assists with report writing, is responsible for equipment calibration, and provides leadership related to chemical storage and disposal.

    David’s formal education includes a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Florida and a Masters in Business Administration from The University of Florida. He is certified in CPR and first aid, has completed 40 hour (HAZWOPER) training, and is trained to transport hazardous materials.

    Deborah A. Kravatz is the Manager of Health, Safety, and Human Resources for Avogadro Environmental Corporation.

    As a project manager of Industrial Hygiene Services provided by Avogadro Environmental, Ms. Kravatz manages and oversees all projects. Typically these projects include sampling for various indoor air evaluations and safety programs for various components including mold and bacteria, numerous pollutants (VOC’s, respirable dust, formaldehyde, ammonia, amines, silica, petroleum distillates, etc.) respirator fit testing, hearing conservation and noise studies, clean room classifications and ventilation studies. She has also prepared written corporate health and safety plans. Ms. Kravatz prepares quotations for these assessments.

    As the Human Resources Manager, Ms. Kravatz oversees the human resource department and the general office, where she administers all employee benefits, employee training and recruitment. She assists with the maintenance of the corporate vehicle fleet and maintains the gas cylinder inventory. Ms. Kravatz also oversees all corporate insurance and processes all contract agreements.

    As the Health and Safety Manager, Ms. Kravatz oversees the health and safety program at Avogadro Environmental. She oversees the corporate health and safety policy and provides annual updates to the corporate Health and Safety plan, provides training to the staff and maintains compliance to all regulations.

    Her formal training includes environmental studies, DOT regulations, OSHA compliance and Industrial Hygiene sampling methodology. Ms. Kravatz holds an Associate degree in Applied Science in Safety, Health and Environmental Technology. She has also studied accounting at Churchman’s Business School prior to transferring to Northampton. She is currently trained in the OSHA 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) and maintains annual refresher training. Ms. Kravatz is a current member of the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA).

    Ed Anderson is an Air Emission Test Team Leader for Avogadro Environmental Company.  Mr. Anderson is trained in and utilizes USEPA test methods outlined in 40 CFR 60. He has completed Qualified Source Testing Individual groups 1, 2, and 3 and is a member of Source Evaluation Society. His 2+ years of field experience as a technician encompass sampling for O2, CO2, SO2, NOx, THC, moisture, (PM) particulate matter, condensable particulate matter via M202 and OTM-28, multi-metals, ammonia, dioxins/furans, , VOC’s via VOST and M25, and mercury. Ed’s responsibilities include staging equipment for test programs; leading test crews in the field; interacting with clients and state representatives on site;  assuring accurate test results and guaranteeing those results are handled properly; ensuring unbiased, quality data.  He has also assisted in CEMS diagnostic programs, RATA’s and CGA’s.   His formal education includes a Bachelors of Art from Pennsylvania State University. He is certified by the Environmental Trainers Safety Board, certified in CPR and first aid and has completed the 40 (HAZWOPER) training course. Mr. Anderson also ensures that great care be given to maintaining all proper safety equipment, regulations and guidelines that pertain to each job specifically.

    George C. Marshall is the manager of CEMS Technical for Avogadro Environmental. He manages the day-to-day operations of this division and associated personnel.

    Mr. Marshall assists in managing and supporting field service engineers in all aspects of CEMS and client relations. This includes installation/startup, PM contracts, emergency service, customer training, and CGA/linearity/RATA support. He also supports the operation and maintenance of the Avogadro (CEM) system trailers. Mr. Marshall also often participates as a field engineer for CEMS projects. He has managed and performed numerous large utility CEMS upgrades of equipment from probes to analyzers.

    Mr. Marshall is an electrical engineer with 20 years experience in a broad range of continuous emission monitoring systems. He began his career in mass flow measurement using ultrasonic technology. He then acted as senior field engineer installing hundreds of acid rain CEMS at numerous utility plants. He assisted in the design and installation of dual pass NOx/NH3 CEMS for gas turbine plants. His expertise includes extractive CEMS, dilution CEMS, mass flow monitors, opacity monitors, mercury systems, EPA/State regulations and data acquisition systems. He has managed and performed preventative maintenance projects at various types of facilities and is particularly experienced in application troubleshooting.

    Mr. Marshall has developed and managed various types of CEMS related contracts. He managed large contracts at power companies including Exelon that yielded better than 99% availability and return on investment. He was involved in large installation and startup jobs while at KVB, Inc., one with Duke Power involving 42 dilution CEMS. He has also helped different types of industries develop SOP’s to help better meet their QA/QC requirements and cut costs to operate their CEMS equipment.

    Mr. Marshall is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, Inc, holding membership since 1984.

    Hannah Azzalina is an Environmental Scientist for Avogadro Environmental Corporation in the Consulting Engineering Department. In this role, Ms. Azzalina participates in air permitting activities including emission inventories, equipment inventories, application development and submittal. Ms. Azzalina prepares General Permits, Title V Preconstruction Permits and Permit Modifications, along with Title V 5-Year Renewals and Compliance Assurance Monitoring (CAM) plans. She also has experience in Title V data collection, Title V informational system management, and NOx emissions tracking.

    Ms. Azzalina prepares Annual Emissions Statements for clients in Pennsylvania (DEP Greenport) and New Jersey (RADUIS). She also prepares Excess Emissions and Monitoring Performance Reports (EEMPRs) for CEMS for industrial clients in NJ.  In addition to air quality reporting, Ms. Azzalina manages residual and hazardous waste reports, Form R (NJ – RPPR) reports, and Tier II (NJ – Community Right to Know) reports for clients in a variety of industries. She also has experience in waste management support and has been trained in hazardous waste sampling.

    Ms. Azzalina assists in the development of Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans, Storm Water Pollution and Prevention (SWPP) Plans, Accidental Discharge/Slug Load Control Plans (Spill Control Plans), and Pollution, Prevention, and Control (PPC) Plans for industrial clients. She also assists in the preparation of storm water discharge permit applications.

    Ms. Azzalina has participated in sound level evaluation activities, including continuous sound level measurements, octave band analysis and impulse measurements. She also has experience in performing ambient air sampling. Along with field sampling, she performs ambient air data analysis and report preparation for industrial clients. She assists in Environmental Management System (EMS) component development as well. Her experience involves information management systems integration, development of operating procedures and practical experience with several commercial EMS.

    In 2008 Ms. Azzalina completed a formal internal auditor training program in accordance with BEAC EHS Compliance and ISO 19011 EMS Auditing Standards. As an auditor, Ms. Azzalina provides the team as an experienced field resource, familiar with multi-media requirements in a number of states. She has participated in field compliance auditing exercises.

    Her formal training includes a B.S. in biology with a minor in English from Moravian College and a certificate in industrial hygiene management from Columbia Southern University. She is currently trained in the OSHA 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER). Ms. Azzalina has completed formal training on RADIUS Air Emission Statements in New Jersey at Rutgers University and on Microsoft Access 2007 at Northampton Community College.

    Heidi Fleming is a Project Manager for Avogadro Environmental Corporation in the Consulting Engineering Department.

    In this role, Ms. Fleming manages environmental compliance and permitting needs for clients in a variety of industries.  This includes participating in major and minor source air permitting activities including emission inventories, equipment inventories, application development and submittal.  Ms. Fleming also prepares Annual Emissions Statements for clients in Pennsylvania (DEP Greenport) and New Jersey (RADIUS).  Also, Ms. Fleming has experience assisting facilities with all aspects of Title V Permit compliance, including preparing Annual Compliance Certifications, Semi-Annual Deviation Reports, permit renewal packages, and Compliance Assurance Monitoring (CAM) Plans.  In addition to air quality reporting, Ms. Fleming manages residual and hazardous waste reports, Form R (NJ – RPPR) reports, and Tier II (NJ – Community Right to Know) reports.

    Supporting more strategic needs of our corporate clientele, Ms. Fleming has developed Environmental Management System (EMS) procedures and training materials.

    Ms. Fleming is a certified Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP).  Her formal training includes a Bachelors degree from Gettysburg College in Biology and Environmental Studies, with a focus on Environmental Science. She is currently trained in the OSHA 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER).  She has completed formal training on Air Permitting in New Jersey at Rutgers University.

    Janeen D. Maruskanic is an Air Quality Scientist for the Air Monitoring and Testing Division of Avogadro Environmental Corporation. In this role, Ms. Maruskanic assists project managers in technical report preparation and distribution. She is called upon to prepare protocols and compliance test reports for stack sampling programs and CEM certification projects based upon USEPA test methods and state specific regulatory requirements.

    Her formal training includes natural resource management, with a focus in conservation and applied ecology. Ms. Maruskanic holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resource Management from Rutgers University.   In February 2010 she completed the FedEx Dangerous Goods Shippers’ Seminar and is certified to ship hazardous goods through FedEx based on the International Air Transport Association (IATA) training requirements.  She has also completed the Hazard Communications (HAZCOM) training course.

    Laurie Snyder is the Technical Coordinator for the Air Monitoring and Testing Division of Avogadro Environmental Corporation.  As the Technical Coordinator, Ms. Snyder assists project managers in all aspects of field sampling and technical report preparation.  She supervises the Technical Support Services department and coordinates the submittal of all test reports and protocols to the appropriate regulatory agencies and clients in a timely manner.

    Ms. Snyder assists in projects consisting of 40 CFR 60 and 40 CFR 75 test methods as part of client diagnostic and compliance emission test programs.  She is called upon to prepare protocols and test reports for stack sampling programs and CEM certification projects.  Ms. Snyder assists and oversees the gas chromatography analyses and the gravimetric analyses in the Avogadro laboratory.

    Her formal training includes environmental science, with a focus in resource conservation and chemistry. Ms. Snyder holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science.

    Linda is the Parts Administrator for CEMS Technical Services.  Ms. Benton expertly handles all incoming CEMS parts requests and assists clients by sourcing the manufacturer and correct part for each project.  She maintains and controls inventory of over 20,000  parts.

    Linda has a strong purchasing background and extensive business experience with an accent on Information Technology.

    Mark D. Johnson is a Senior CEMS Technical Engineer in Avogadro Environmental Corps. CEMS (Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems) Technical division. He is currently responsible for variety of duties. In this capacity, his responsibilities include performing CEM System Design, Field Service work at a variety of sites, Analyzer upgrades, Analyzer and related equipment repair, Stack Testing division support, and initial, monthly, quarterly, and annual CEMS Preventative Maintenance and Certification Testing work. He is also managing and growing the CEMS Spare Parts business. He is also involved in Client relations, Project management, Quotes and proposals.

    Mr. Johnson has Built, Quality Tested, and Serviced, hundreds of CEMS over the past 20 years for many industries such as Power Generation, Manufacturing, Chemical, and Cement Plants. He has experience with Dilution and Extractive CEMS, Opacity Monitors, Flow Monitors, Mercury CEMS, Ammonia / NOx CEMS, PLC’s, and various Data Acquisition / DAHS Software Programs.

    Mr. Johnson was a Field Service Engineer for 7 years prior to accepting a full time Manufacturing Department Management position involving Quality Assurance Testing. He was a CEMS Dept. Quality Manager for 9 years (6 Employees) and Field Service Manager for 1 year (16 Employees) with Enertec / KVB-Enertec / GE Energy Services (17 Years). Previous employers were Princeton Testing Labs and The Advent Group (3 Years). He has EHS experience and has created safety training programs for employees.

    He has helped to manufacture and test CEMS for many domestic and international customers. Created SOP’s and was involved in product standardization processes along with cost out meetings. He is Six Sigma Certified and has worked with Lean Manufacturing processes to reduce, parts, time, and cost. Mr. Johnson was selected to manage several foreign Production runs of CEM systems, the Quality Testing of them after construction, detailed Factory / Customer Acceptance Testing, and the subsequent preparation and shipping of the CEMS to both domestic and international sites.

    Mr. Johnson has 20 years of experience in the Environmental field involving the following:

    Underground Storage Tank Testing, Indoor Air Quality, Asbestos Abatement Air Monitoring, EPA Building Inspector for Asbestos, Well Monitoring, Compliance Stack / Source Testing, CEMS Manufacturing, Production Work and Design, Quality Assurance Testing, Factory Acceptance Testing Coordinator, CAD Drawing, Field Service Support, Software Programming, Hardware and Software Troubleshooting, CEMS Installation and CEMS Certification Testing for various 40 CFR 60 and 75 sites, and 24 x 7 On-Call / After Hours Customer Support and Emergency Service. He also has been involved with many major US Utilities. He worked with PECO / EXELON Power for 10 years managing and maintaining the CEMS equipment at 5 sites, for 14 CEM systems. Improved availability at all sites from the low 90% range to all system availabilities above 98% and maintained.

    Paul Bunn is the Field Equipment Resource Manager and a Project Manager for Avogadro Environmental Corporation. As the Field Equipment Resource Manager, Mr. Bunn is responsible for assuring all air testing equipment is prepared, working and performing within EPA quality assurance tolerances. He fulfills his responsibilities by supervising project packing, equipment repairs and maintenance, reviewing technical documents and procedures, and interfacing with other project managers and clients.

    As a Project Manger in the Testing Division, Mr. Bunn’s responsibilities include technical oversight of projects, client relations, budgets, proposals, equipment, and personnel.  He also performs project management duties in the field and utilizes USEPA test methods enumerated in 40 CFR 60 and 40 CFR 75 to complete client diagnostic and compliance emissions test programs. In this role, he takes the lead in field events involving sampling for particulate matter, metals, mercury, hydrogen chloride, hexavalant chromium, ammonia, dioxins, acetaldehyde and VOCs. He is responsible for keeping each project on time and cost-effective while ensuring that quality samples and data are acquired in an unbiased and accurate manner. Mr. Bunn compiles and reduces project data and occasionally prepares reports and testing protocols.

    Timothy Fehnel is an Air Quality Scientist for Avogadro Environmental Corporation.  With over seven years experience in performing emissions testing, Mr. Fehnel has risen to the level of project manager in Avogadro’s Testing Division.  In addition to field project management, he provides technical support to senior staff on issues of equipment maintenance.

    As part of the CEMS Technical Division of Avogadro, Mr. Fehnel routinely provides client support for the repair, maintenance and troubleshooting of CEM systems.  He routinely conducts RATA and CGA audits on a variety of extractive CEM systems.

    As a field team leader in the Testing Division, Mr. Fehnel utilizes USEPA test methods enumerated in 40 CFR 60 and 40 CFR 75 as part of client diagnostic and compliance emissions test programs.  In this role, he takes the lead in field sampling events for a large variety of industrial facilities, especially cement kilns, landfills and flares, foundries, asphalt plants, and pharmaceuticals operations. He is responsible for keeping projects on time and cost-effective.  Mr. Fehnel also ensures that quality samples and data are acquired from a job site in an unbiased and accurate manner.  He is called upon to reduce field test data and to prepare protocols and test reports for stack sampling programs.  Mr. Fehnel is also routinely involved in providing routine maintenance to Avogadro’s mobile CEM laboratories.  He manages the Testing Division shop and is responsible for routine maintenance, equipment calibration, and maintaining inventory of spare parts.

    Mr. Fehnel is part of the Avogadro Industrial Services Division, providing client support on issues related to ECOBIK.

    His formal training includes studies at Northampton Community College.  He has current registration in the OSHA 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER).

    Thomas Brown is the Sales Manager for the CEMS Technical Division and is based out of a satellite office in Somerville, New Jersey. Mr. Brown is responsible for developing high value air testing and CEMS maintenance services while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through the implementation of the company’s core values and vision. He has been active in the air testing industry since 1984, including employment with the NJDEP Bureau of Technical Services, where Mr. Brown reviewed and approved stack test protocols and reports, performed field observations and conducted emission tests. Mr. Brown offers his fieldwork and regulatory experience to the benefit of Avogadro’s customers.

    Mr. Brown’s industry familiarity includes asphalt operations, landfills, bakeries, cogeneration, manufacturing, incineration, soil remediation and waste-to-energy facilities.

    Mr. Brown’s formal training includes a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Montclair State University and a MBA in Chemical Studies from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

    Thomas J. Weber is a Senior Program Manager in Avogadro Environmental’s air quality testing services division. He co-manages the day-to-day operations of this division. In this capacity, his responsibilities include technical oversight of projects, client relations, budgets, proposals, equipment, and personnel. Mr. Weber also manages the gas chromatography section of Avogadro’s laboratory.

    Mr. Weber assists in managing and supporting field test engineers and scientists in all aspects of stack sampling and client relations. This includes protocol and equipment preparation, field sampling planning, as well as report preparation, review and submittal. He has also prepared guidelines and methods for routine operation and maintenance of instrumentation contained in Avogadro’s mobile continuous emissions monitoring (CEM) system trailers. Mr. Weber also often participates as a field manager in numerous stack sampling projects. With 14 years experience in point source sampling, he has developed expertise in testing asphalt facilities, batch operations, boilers, cogeneration units, commercial bakeries, flares, kilns, and scrubbers to name a few. He has extensive knowledge in both testing and troubleshooting various types of oxidizers and incineration units.

    Mr. Weber is a chemical engineer with 20 years experience in a broad range of environmental issues. He began his career in applied research with a government analytical laboratory performing ultra-low level chromatographic separations for air tracer studies. He also researched and improved techniques for passive sampling of radon in indoor environments. Since 1989, he has been engaged in consulting, in air pollution control and air quality-related areas. His expertise includes chemical engineering design and air pollution control device selection, ambient air quality impact analysis, and Clean Air Act (CAA) consulting services. He has managed and performed several air permitting projects for major (Title V) and minor sources. He is particularly experienced in preparation of emissions inventories and facility air quality audits.

    As Business Development Manager for air quality testing services, Mr. Weber plays a pivotal role in developing new clients, managing existing client relations, and broadening the scope of services offered by the testing services division. He assembles a large percentage of Avogadro’s proposals and quotations and directs the preparation of all invoices. He is the primary point of contact for client questions related to technique and cost.

    Mr. Weber is an Associate of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, holding membership since 1983.

    As the Manager of the Financial Division of Avogadro Environmental Corporation, Mr. Schuch is responsible for the daily financial operations of the organization.  In this role, he is mainly responsible for the timeliness of preparation of financial information which represents the foundation for decisions to be made regarding the ongoing concern of the organization.  In addition, he provides analysis that is instrumental in promoting proper buying decisions throughout the organization.

    Mr. Schuch comes with nearly 25 years of experience with a variety of companies and industries.  He actively participates on the management team and is a member of the strategic plan development team.

    Mr. Schuch has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from William Paterson College (Now a part of the NJ University group).

    Mr. Burgher is the Business Development / Technical Sales Manager. He is responsible for establishing and implementing the company marketing and sales strategy to build Avogadro Environmental Corporation’s position in the regulatory compliance-driven source monitoring and testing industries. In this role, Mr. Burgher works with everyone on the Avogadro team to develop and maintain the customer-centric relationship that serves as the underpinning Avogadro’s key business philosophy.

    Mr. Burgher brings more than 25 years of diversified experience in the environmental regulatory compliance and environmental measurements industry including positions as an industrial compliance manager, and as an environmental consultant along with more than twelve years fulfilling roles in developing and marketing products and services used in the environmental measurements industry. He has managed the development, validation and introduction of advanced monitoring technologies used in stationary and mobile source emissions, and ambient air quality monitoring applications including an automated, instrumental method used for measuring particulate matter emissions from large stationary sources. By utilizing his extensive knowledge and experience, Mr. Burgher works to ensure Avogadro understands and meets the expectations and needs of each customer.

    Mr. Burgher’s formal training includes an associate’s degree in Natural Resources Conservation and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry. He has also completed OSHA 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) training, MSHA’s 32-Hour Safety Training and Method 9 Smoke Observer Certification. Mr. Burgher has been a participant in many trade organizations including the Air and Waste Management Association, ASTM International and the American Association for Aerosol Research.
