Avogadro Environmental is a full‐service Environmental, Health and Safety consulting and testing firm. We currently operate three divisions from our Easton, Pennsylvania office including Air Monitoring and Testing, Consulting Engineering, and CEMS Technical.
The Air Monitoring and Testing Division routinely provides the following services:
- Emissions compliance and diagnostic testing for both criteria and hazardous air pollutants
- Control equipment optimization and efficiency evaluations
- Mercury material balance programs
- Indoor air quality testing and evaluations

We also provide cost‐effective record keeping, monitoring and reporting services where clients may not have internal resources. Consulting engineering and compliance management services include:
- Air, Water, and Waste Permitting and Compliance Reporting
- EHS Management Systems Services (ISO 14001, NEPT, OSHA VPP, RCMS)
- Multi‐Media EHS Compliance Program Development and Auditing
- Spill Prevention and Emergency Response Planning
- Process Safety, Security and Environmental Risk Management
The CEMS Technical Division provides a complete array of services, listed below, to ensure your CEM system is operating within the applicable environmental regulations, while minimizing your operating costs:
- Installation and startup of new equipment
- Startup and shutdown of existing equipment
- Preventative maintenance contracts
- Complete turnkey CEMS management contracts
- Onsite emergency service and in‐house repair
- Upgrades of existing equipment
- CGA, RATA, Method 9 VE audits
- Dilution ratio check and startup
- NO2 and NH3 converter checks
- Supply of temporary CEMS
- PEMS certification and auditing services
