Preventative Maintenance

Preventative maintenance services and contracts are available in order to reduce the need for costly emergency repairs and excessive downtime. Facilities seek preventative maintenance contracts for a variety of reasons:

• Prevention of component failures/reduced downtime
• Monitoring other equipment parameters to ensure equipment reliability and accuracy
• The facility lacks technical expertise or internal resources

Avogadro can play an important role in achieving and maintaining quality environmental compliance data. Our decades’ of experience in design, installation, repair, troubleshooting and maintenance of Continuous Emissions Monitoring System (CEMS) and Continuous Opacity Monitoring System (COMS) provides our customers peace of mind.

We detect potential issues before they grow into real problems. Our preventative maintenance programs encompass every aspect of the CEMS/COMS, from sample probe to data reporting. Our detailed knowledge of how each sub-system interacts enables us to zero in on the weaknesses of the system restore it to its full health and keep it properly maintained. We understand what “continuous” means, and we have the know-how to defeat those inherent system problems that prevent continuous operation.

Maintenance contracts are performed by fully trained service technicians and are available in monthly, quarterly or yearly intervals. Maintenance programs can also include quarterly testing (opacity audits, Cylinder Gas Audit (CGA)/Linearity tests and Relative Accuracy Test Audit (RATA)) that are required by regulatory agencies.
